    For most computing problems the best service we can provide is usually at the centre. However, in some instances you may prefer to have an engineer visit you at home.

    How to Book Computer Help in your home

    If you would like to arrange a home visit please call us on 020 8269 2103 or fill out our online enquiry form. We will confirm a convenient time and date for you. You will be required to pay our minimum 1 hour call out fee to make your booking. Most technical troubles can be resolved within an hour. However, if the engineer has to stay longer we will invoice you afterwards for any additional time spent.

    Our rates vary depending on which zone your postcode falls into – naturally, if you live close to the centre then the rates are more favourable than if you live further away. There is no call out surcharge for home visits in SE10.

    Remote Service Support

    Ever feel that you've got a problem that could be rectified fairly quickly if only you had someone technical to hand? Well now you do ... We are able to supply remote support for clients using our specialist secure software. This software enables our engineers to use your existing Broadband connection to login to your computer or laptop and take control of your system with your permission. Our engineers can then rectify any software problems with your system quickly and without the need to visit your home. This service is available Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.
